I was diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease and Barrett's Esophagus early in my life. After years of experience and research, I finally took control of the disease. I learned that support is vital to make progress with chronic health conditions. Three endoscopes later, doctors were unable to find signs of Barrett’s esophagus.
I was frustrated at losing years of my life to chronic pain, doctor appointments, and medication juggling. I wanted to help others find recovery sooner than me so I became a mentor and admin in two of the largest GERD/acid reflux online support groups. I started coaching GERD sufferers for free and success lead me to create "My Acid Reflux Coach" to share with the world the many things I learned from my journey and to support those who are still suffering.
